Paying for Permits & Special Assessments

PERMIT PAYMENTS:

Building permits can be submitted in person, by mail or fax. If plans are required, permits must be submitted in person or via mail. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, MasterCard or Visa.

SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS:
Please call the assessing department at 763-767-6446 to verify assessment balance owing.

If you prefer to drop off a payment City Hall is open from 8:00-4:30 Monday-Friday.

There is also a drop box outside building if it is after hours. Please be sure to reference the property address on all payments.
