Residential Lots for Sale

The City's Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) has several vacant lots for sale to builders or individuals wishing to build a single family home. Sale of each lot is contingent on submitting a house plan that complies with several design criteria and is subject to approval of the HRA.

Interested buyers may complete an offer form and submit it to the City’s Community Development Department.
