10911 Dogwood Street is a 1962 split level home.  A front entry addition will be constructed to enhance the function and size of this front entry way and also increase the design appeal of the exterior of the home.  Interior walls will be taken down on the upper level, creating an open floor plan for the kitchen/dining/living room areas.  Carpet will be removed, exposing the home's original hardwood floors which will be refinished.  Other updates will be completed throughout the home and on the exterior to increase the property's curb appeal.
