  2. Paper Shredding Event

    February 3, 2018, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM @ Coon Rapids Recycling Center

These events are designed to handle larger amounts of paper. The events take place four times per year. There is a five box limit for all paper shredding events.
Please note: Large paper shredders are available for pubilc use anytime the Recycling Center is open. Residents are responsible for shredding their own paper and staff will recycle the shredded paper (sorry, staff members are not able to assist with shredding as this is a self-serve option). Paper must be fed into the shredders, removing all paper clips and rubber bands. Staples, however, may be left on. Residents are limited to one box of paper per person, per visit. Items to shred should be bank statements, tax information, papers with other personal information, etc. Coupons, greeting cards, junk mail should not be shredded.
