Coon Rapids, located just 12 miles north of Minneapolis, is home to over 62,000 residents, making it the 10th largest community in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. The city offers a wide range of amenities, making it an attractive place to live and work. A variety of neighborhoods and housing styles exist in the city, along with an extensive system of parks and trails, including Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park and Bunker Hills Golf Club. In addition to the Riverdale shopping area near U.S. 10 and Main Street, which is a destination for regional shoppers, Coon Rapids offers a variety of neighborhood commercial areas.
