Rental Information

How to Rent Space at the Civic Center 

Step 1

Call the Facilities Coordinator, check the  or fill out the online Rental Request Form for fees and other information.  Check the Event Calendar to see what dates are available

If your desired dates and times are available, we will need you to:

Submit your Civic Center Rental Application with payment to the Civic Center. Rental applications can be submitted online, faxed, mailed or submitted in person. Payments can be made in several ways, learn more here.
 

Step 4


If you plan to serve alcohol, make sure you have read and understand the alcohol serving requirements. You are welcome to bring in your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. If using a caterer, and they need to use the kitchen, they must provide us with a copy of their MN catering license.

Step 5


Decide if you are in need of linens such as tablecloths, napkins, backdrops and ceiling draping. Also decide if you need to rent dinner plates and flatware, coffee makers, sound system, or any other items. Fees for rental items are listed on the last page of the Fee Schedule (PDF). The Facility Coordinator can help you reserve your rental items and arrange payment.

Monday - Thursday
4:30 - 10 p.m.
Friday 4 p.m. - Midnight
Saturday 8 a.m. - Midnight
Sunday 1 p.m. - 10 p.m.
